A native of the Chicago area, Diana Perez began her career as a professional singer performing at the Gaslight Club at the O’Hare Hilton.  She went on to perform  Shows  for local, national and international Conventions with a musical score for a sixteen-piece orchestra

 

Moving to the Phoenix area  in 1978 , Diana was represented by Southwest Booking Agency and performed with the Pat Trapani Orchestra, in addition to her own band.  She continued to perform throughout the Valley headlining shows including the New Year’s Eve at the Playboy Club in Phoenix.      

 

Diana’s piano/vocals include all styles of music with a specialization in the 30’s and 40’s. Music that is dearest to her heart are the older love ballads and jazz tunes which honor veterans of World War II. Her versatility as a singer and smooth vocals make her a prime choice for musical events. She also loves to engage her audience in sing-a-long segments. Diana’s performances stir wonderful sentimental memories.

 

Her career spans over 30 years . Diana currently performs at  various  venues  including  Restaurants ,  Country Clubs, Private  Events  and Ballroom Dances . She performs weekly at numerous Assisted Living and Retirement Communities around the Valley. In addition, she is a  board member of The Arizona Classic Jazz  Society and has been sponsored to perform at the yearly Jazz Festival
